We Don't Want This, is a song I wrote and completed last week and wanted to release. I released the EP, NIHILISTIC, the other day but I had the compelling need, for what it's worth, to issue We Don't Want This.
Its contemporary subject matter is obvious. Conflicts in our global world between states and within states, whether talking about war in the Middle East and Europe, and the escalating political situation in the USA, including the rising specter of Christian Nationalism, is heightening the existential threats and fears each and everyone of us, looking on, is experiencing. It's monstrous, sickening and disgusting to me.
