Available from Bandcamp iTunes Cdbaby click on store
Femme Fatale is a cover of The Velvet Underground song from 1967, redefined and rebranded to fit the Alien Skin perspective. The song was originally suggested by Andy Warhol to Lou Reed who wrote Femme Fatale about Edie Sedgwick, Warhol's mercurial socialite and ultimately self destructive superstar of the day. It featured on the band's debut album together with German singer, Nico (Christa Päffgen).
"wow that is, for lack of other words, beautiful! It is tough taking on anything Lou Reed and making it your own and possibly better. Love it!" jan la rue
"what a delightful take on the Velvet Underground classic, heard it and bought it immediately, thank you!" celia levison
"your beautiful version of Femme Fatale moved me so much I simply had to write to you" matija mustac
